There are three types of support available:
Customers are entitled to support via email within 3 business days and via our Online Forum and 30 days of the Support Subscription Program (from date of purchase - see below).
Customers who require a greater level of support can purchase our support subscription program.
The Subscription Program for Easy-XL, offers point upgrades, maintenance releases and priority technical support for a period of one year.
Please be prepared to provide any or possibly all of the following information with your questions:
- If the workbook contains a large amount of information then please mention the size of the sheet (eg # rows, # cols) with which you are having problems.
- Whether or not the workbook contains macros, add-ins or VBA code
- Does the sheet you are working with contain field/column names in row one? (If not, you may want to insert a row and add the necessary field names)
- Is the second row blank? (If it is, you may want to delete it)
- Are there any blank columns? (If there are then you may want delete the blank columns)
- Your version of Windows (including your country)
- Your version of Excel (including the language, if it isnt USA)
- Your processors speed
- The amount of memory installed on your computer
- The amount of hard disk space available
